How bright is right? Computer Monitor Light Screenbar Plus is equipped with a sensor that detects the surrounding brightness and then adjusts to just the right light.
* Under normal circumstances, auto dimming mode will illuminate to 500 lux. While in a dimly lit room (under 50lux), the lamp automatically adjusts illumination to 300lux, thereby eliminating the discomfort caused by a strong contrasts of light.
*PLEASE NOTE* The auto-dimming function of the ScreenBar Plus requires the user to press the ‘auto-dimming’ button when the ambient lighting has changed, and will not continuously detect ambient lighting. This feature is designed as to avoid any possible disturbances to the light sensor, which could lead to an incorrect illuminance.
With BenQ’s unique design, we eliminate the need for mounting hardware like tape or screws.
Please make sure ScreenBar placed on monitor with level and steady. In the case of arching up the ScreenBar it risks damaging the screen. It is recommended to use ScreenBar with monitor that has thickness 0.4” to 1.2” (1 to 3 cm) and bezel wider than 0.32” (0.8cm). Consult with brand if you are not sure the compatibility of your screen.
