Expressly made for photographers, graphic designers, color retouchers, and printers who rely heavily on accurate color reproduction, BenQ’s color management monitors deliver superior quality at incredibly affordable prices. BenQ’s newSW2401PT is the world’s first professional photography monitor featuring a brilliant 24-inch QHD display, 2560 x 1440 native resolution, and a special Black-and-White mode for exact proofing of images in monochrome or grayscale. The PG2401PT 24-inch color management monitor offers soft-proofing precision and is FograCert Softproof certified, as well as SWOP & GRACoL certified by the IDEAlliance to ensure that onscreen colors visually match off-the-press colors for accurate reproduction. Facilitating collaboration between professionals, both IPS panel monitors cover 100 percent CMYK and 99 percent of the Adobe RGB color space, and are designed to take advantage of today’s most popular cloud-based color proofing services such as Adobe’s Creative Cloud and PantoneLIVE.
For 3D printing, CAD/CAM and video production, BenQ will display its latest UHD professional monitors: the 32-inch BL3201PHand the 27-inch BL2711U. With IPS panel technology enabling 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles, the units bring more UHD workspace to users. Displaying 4K graphics at a 3840 x 2160 resolution, the monitors leverage higher pixels per inch (ppi) and 100-percent sRGB color to render accurate, true-to-life images. To increase visibility, the monitors’ Animation Mode automatically enhances brightness for darker zones without oversaturating brighter portions of the screen — giving users the ability to regulate visibility using 10 different adjustable brightness levels. The displays feature a number of enhancements including picture-in-picture and picture-by-picture to facilitate switching screens when working on multiple projects.
Both BL Series monitors feature BenQ’s unique CAD/CAM mode that lets users obtain a special color map for popular CAD programs, making small details in wireframes more visible, while Display Pilot software enables users to change color settings automatically based on specific applications. To further simplify design workflows, the monitors’ Auto Pivot function automatically rotates and partitions content when the display is turned from landscape to portrait mode and vice versa. Furthermore, the BL3201PH monitor adds an OSD controller to further speed setup by allowing users to save their desired monitor presets and activate them at the push of a button.
The entire pro graphics monitor line features BenQ’s RevolutionEyes technology, which brings exceptional monitor performance and enhanced visual comfort during extended periods of use. Led by BenQ’s market-leading ZeroFlicker™ functionality, the monitors eliminate backlight flickering at all brightness levels, greatly reducing eye fatigue. Featuring Low Blue Light technology, BenQ monitors remove up to 70 percent of blue spectrum light to protect users’ eyes during extended work periods without affecting picture quality.
