The technological horizon of education has shifted dramatically and quickly since the onset of COVID-19. The CRRSA Act adds allowable uses of funds for addressing learning loss, preparing schools for reopening, and testing, repairing, and upgrading projects to improve air quality in school buildings permitted under the CARES Act
