How do I change the input keyboard from QWERTY to AZERTY?

Perform the following steps to change the input keyboard layout:
1. Enter [setting] and select [Language].
2. Select [Android keyboard].
3. Select [Languages].
4. Enable [Dutch (Belgium)] and disable all other languages.
5. The input keyboard layout is now changed to AZERTY.
