Please refer to the below steps:
1. Go to PS5 Settings > Resolution > Set the resolution as Automatic.
2. Make sure the game is PS5 version.
(If you have the PS4 version installed on your PS5, then hit the new “Upload Save” button in the main menu.)
3. Restart the game if you change any settings on your PS5.
4. If the game supports 120Hz, check in-game settings to make sure 120Hz refresh is enabled.
